Introduction

The guiding principle of the podcast is laid out that if someone has gone the path of starting their own business as an independent contractor in any trade they should set a minimum goal of what succeeding at that venture looks like.  That minimum goal should be to outpace a good paying job in the same industry and to do so being out of the house about the same amount of time as someone with a job.
